What materials do you use to make your candles?
We use high-quality, premium waxes (such as soy wax or soy-blend) combined with phthalate-free fragrance oils and cotton or wood wicks. All materials are carefully chosen to ensure a clean burn and excellent scent throw.
How long do your candles typically burn?
Burn times vary depending on the candle’s size and wax type. Our standard 8 oz jar candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours, while larger vessels may last 60 hours or more when burned properly.
What is a “hot throw” and a “cold throw”?
Cold Throw: The scent you smell from an unlit candle or wax melt.
Hot Throw: The fragrance released while the candle is burning or the wax melt is warmed.We formulate each product to ensure a pleasing aroma both before and during use.
Do you offer wickless candles or wax melts?
Yes! We have a range of wickless candles and wax melts that provide the same great scents without an open flame—ideal for those who prefer an alternative to traditional candles.
Why does the surface of my candle look uneven or slightly frosted?
Natural waxes like soy can produce a frosted or uneven finish, especially in colder temperatures. This is a normal characteristic of natural wax and does not affect the candle’s performance or scent throw.
